Federica was a kind, helpful host. She shared tips for beaches and restaurants, lent us a beach umbrella, and even gave Italian lessons. She was always available when we needed help. My wife, our little baby and I stayed four nights at Federica's B&B in August 2020. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and marmalades, fruit from her garden, especially figs, as well as coffee, water and juices. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. There’s also a new pool for relaxing on days when you’re tired of the beach, and private parking in front of the house. The location in Limpiddu is excellent, near Budoni and San teodoro, and within a 20-30 minute drive of beaches including il impostu, capo coda cavallo and porto istana. I highly recommend staying here in Sardinia.

Federica runs this peaceful B&B with real passion and is always on hand if you need anything. The rooms are quiet and cozy, with what you need, including beach towels if you ask. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the pool with hot tub is another highlight. You can get here easily from the main road, and it’s about a 30-minute drive from Olbia Airport. It’s the kind of place I’d want to come back to.

Federica made our short three-night break feel like home. She gave us all the information we needed to see the area’s highlights and served excellent, generous breakfasts. Our room was beautiful, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. The charming property has a lovely garden and pool, and its quiet location is a good base for exploring the whole coast. Highly recommended by Valentina and Maurizio.

We’ve just wrapped up our stay at this B&B. Federica, the owner, was attentive to our needs and requests, and prepared excellent sweet and savory breakfasts with a different selection of local products each day. The rooms are spotless, fully equipped and have en suite bathrooms. The pool with hydromassage and the loungers are always available. There’s convenient, secure parking for motorcycles, too. Special thanks to Federica, and we hope to see you again soon!
