Bed Breakfast Diana Brown

We could walk from the port to Diana Brown with all our suitcases, and once there, everything in the town centre was close by. The main street location also made shopping easy, with a supermarket nearby for last-minute bits. Each day our room was cleaned spotless, and the staff were lovely. We even met Diana Brown herself, who was very kind. Breakfast was served every morning upstairs on the rooftop terrace, with Italian-style buffet food, good coffee, and excellent service. The room and service were excellent too. We had a fantastic stay, and Diana Brown ticked all the boxes for us in Lipari.

The place had an easygoing, homely feel while still giving us privacy, and the rooms were a good size, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was fresh, had a nice range to choose from, and there was no rush. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. I booked directly, which worked much better for me than using an agent like booking.com. Communication was good, we got a lovely greeting and a clear explanation, and they were very helpful with information. They also lent us towels for the mud baths at no charge.

The room was cleaned every day, and the people were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, too. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Lipari.

We really enjoyed the Stromboli trip arranged through the Di Massimo tour agency, and it came with a discount. The B&B also helpfully organized free transport to Canetto beach, where we got a reduced lido price. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace, with good fresh produce, especially the fruit. It's a well-run family B&B with great service. I'd definitely recommend it.
