Getting to our next destination could have been a headache when the weather disrupted the ferries, but Chiara and Davide figured out an alternate route for us. We arrived within two hours of our originally planned trip, and they explained some new transport options and which routes tend to be reliable. We couldn’t have managed that without them. Their knowledge of Lipari and the nearby islands also helped us make the most of our visit, from restaurant suggestions to things to do. There were so many ideas that we’re already hoping to return and try more. We loved Taliaka and its position on the edge of Lipari’s main town, peaceful but still easy to reach. Just be aware that getting from the road to Taliaka means walking up slopes of 20-40%. If you hike regularly, it may not bother you, but city people should factor it in. Those views come with a climb. It’s quite an adventure, worth it, and left us with stories to tell. I came to leave a review and was glad to see all the other five-star reviews. I agree with what people have said about Taliaka’s beauty and the warmth Chiara and Davide bring to the place.

Chiara and Davide were such lovely hosts, and their hiking tips were really useful. We stayed two nights in May in this beautiful B&B, with its great view, generous breakfast, and spacious room. We’d love to come back. All the best, and thank you both for having us!

We had a lovely holiday at TaliaKà and will definitely return. Chiara and Davide are so friendly and full of good recommendations. The room was spacious, carefully furnished, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was worth getting up for, especially Chiara’s homemade cakes. Try them if you can. My favorite was the ricotta and coconut one. The setting is beautiful, up a small hill with a view over Lipari city. There’s a lovely terrace for a glass of wine, or even a yoga or Pilates session if that’s your thing. Thank you both for such a great stay.

Chiara and Davide run a wonderful villa where you feel right at home. I recently stayed at the Taliaka B&B in Lipari and loved the beautiful, very clean, comfortable rooms and their breathtaking views. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh food and delicious cakes made by Chiara. I highly recommend the B&B.
