Our group of 22 spent a week here and were very happy with the stay. The booking took a few turns: we first reserved for 2020, then Covid came along and we had to postpone twice. The house has a long history and isn't ultra-modern throughout, but it has everything needed for a comfortable, peaceful stay in the Umbrian countryside. The swimming pool is a real highlight. Maria Teresa and her team are incredibly lovely, and we remember them very fondly.

Beware, this felt like fraud. We booked a villa through a portal, only to find when we arrived that the house had been out of service for some time. The gate was chained shut, and we couldn't reach the owner.

Gorgeous place. The weak signal is a bonus, since it lets you enjoy the peace and quiet even more.

A magical spot tucked into nature, a real break from the crowds where it's lovely to reconnect with yourself.
