The location is the standout: an easy walk to Caroselo, close to the cross-country tracks, and right by a grocery store that opens at 7:00 AM. At this price, though, the apartment itself feels pretty standard for Livigno. The kitchen is equipped rather randomly, with blunt knives and no large cups, for example. The ski room has small boxes, but the boot heaters don't work. That leaves you choosing between bringing your ski boots into the apartment, against the house rules, or starting the morning in cold, wet boots. Sadly, both the kitchen setup and ski room seem standard for Livigno.

The house is in one of Livigno's best locations, and the owners are friendly. The apartments are clean, and the ski room is large and warm. Just be aware that there are no towels provided.

A lovely place, kept clean, with a beautiful view. The owner was nice, and the ski lift is about 200m away.
