We were five people on a ski trip and stayed three nights in the larger apartment. It was very nice, with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, so we had everything we needed. A ski boot dryer in the garage would be a useful addition.

This was a terrible experience. Three weeks before we were due to arrive, I told the property that my five-year-old child had been injured and asked to change the reservation, offering to pay an extra charge and provide medical documentation. They flatly refused to consider any option, including through Booking.com. I could never reach anyone at the phone number they provided. Please be very careful.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were no boot warmers. Nobody cleared the snow, so getting into the parking area was barely possible. Luckily I had an SUV, though it felt a bit too big for the narrow parking beside the cabin. Parking was difficult in general, and the location wasn’t very good. 😔
