There’s parking right by the apartment and a nice mountain view, and the place itself feels fairly new and cosy. The location is okay too, about a 5-minute drive from Carosello 300 or Motolino, where you can park for free without any hassle. It could be a good apartment if someone kept it up better. Cleaning was poor, with dust everywhere. For a week, we got just one roll of toilet paper, and there was no hand soap, garbage bags, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, or kitchen basics like salt, coffee, or olive oil. The coffee pot was so dirty it was unusable, luckily there were two. The pillows were very uncomfortable. There’s a room downstairs for sports gear, but it’s no use since it isn’t locked or warm, so nobody left their skis there. The neighbors above us, maybe the owners, were very noisy early in the morning.
