Casa Fiorella

Fiorella was always cheerful and ready to help with anything. She lives on the first floor. My wife, son, and I spent two weeks there this August, in the attic apartment, and had a wonderful time. The apartments are charming, tidy, and clean. We'd gladly return.

Fiorella, the owner, was so kind and willing to help with anything. We had a wonderful time on our first holiday in Livigno and will definitely come back. The apartment is small but cozy, with room for 3-4 people, and it had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. It's a little outside the center in a quieter area, but near the bus stop, which is handy since it takes you everywhere for free. If you like walking, there are also various trails starting nearby. I highly recommend it.

There's an underground garage, and parking is easy with only a few apartments, including one in the attic. The ski and boot storage has labeled, lockable lockers. Inside, the apartments are great, with guest towels, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and kettle. The place is spotless, smells nice, and is clearly well looked after. It's around a 10-15-minute walk from the city center, and the owner is wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend it, especially because the description matches what you get.

I found the place clean and quiet, and it's handy for the ski bus. You can ski down to the road and cross over to the property. What didn't work for me was the cold apartment, which seemed to me as though the host had made it that way on purpose. The ski room and lockers weren't heated. I checked late at night, and there was no heat in the locker either. You aren't allowed to keep ski boots in the room, even inside a boot bag. I wonder how the owner would like to wear wet boots on the slopes. The hostess seemed nervous, and her control over privacy felt very high. The kitchenette bed was uncomfortable, and she didn't seem to trust her guests, maybe based on experience. Toilet paper was handed out, and free towels weren't provided, they cost €5/piece. That was a first for me. After we returned the apartments and got our deposit back, an email arrived saying the apartments were in poor condition. Why refund the deposit after handing them over, then? Personally, I wouldn't stay there again. This could be a very personal and unfair review of the place and owner, so I've rated it 4 stars :) Best regards, CASA FIORELLA!
