Mr. Oreste is super kind and helpful, and the place is very nice and near the ski lift. We stayed at Casa Gembre in two consecutive years. Highly recommend staying here!

Upstairs there's a small apartment suited to two people, with dedicated parking. The manager is friendly and helpful and lives on the property. The house sits beside the main road in Tre Palle (Livigno), at about 2,100 meters above sea level near the Eira Pass. It gives you a sense of panoramic views over the valley.

It's 400 meters from the slopes, and the conditions are decent. The owner only speaks Italian, unfortunately, but is very helpful. Great place.

The house is really warm and comfortable, and very close to all the amenities. Wonderful place, I'd say excellent.
