Holiday House Livigno

We booked close to our arrival, and the team were helpful by email as well as during our stay. They were kind, generous, and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was very clean, with the cleaning staff checking it daily. Breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savoury choices, plus really good coffee and juice every morning. The nearest gondola is a two to three minute walk away. I'd recommend the hotel for families, couples, or solo travelers. We'll definitely come back.

The free town bus stops right by the hotel and goes to all the slopes, and there's a slope just around the corner. The hotel is in the city center, with the midtown slopes about 500 metres away. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the spa was lovely after skiing. The bar served the best Bombardino’s in town, and we really enjoyed the restaurant food too. The owners and staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel at home. Steven was especially kind when we needed snow chains for the drive home. We weren't used to driving in snowy conditions, and he patiently showed us how to use the chains and helped put them on. It made a stressful moment so much easier. Our stay was perfect, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend it for a Livigno trip.

A traditional family hotel with a great location in the shopping area. Our room was clean, the service was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the desserts. Cassana is the closest ski lift.

We were there for a week, 21-28/01/2023, and had an excellent stay. The meals were delicious, everything was very clean, and the staff were professional and really friendly. Fernanda, the owner, was always attentive to our requests. The team also helped us with our Italian. Diolch. Grazie mille!
