The sheets were dirty, and staff wouldn’t help beyond bringing one sheet for us to replace ourselves at 10pm. We didn’t get pillowcases or blankets. The only other option was paying an extra 25 euro per day to change rooms. Who knows what else hadn’t been cleaned. For this price, it’s a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Concordia and would come again. The location is great, the dinner menu was fantastic, and there was a great selection of food. The very friendly staff made our stay especially enjoyable.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic, with a good mix of local home-style dishes and fancier takes on Italian cuisine. This felt like a proper 4-star hotel, with two cleanings during the day, and the rooms were very nice. They were a bit too warm, though, and central heating meant we couldn’t cool them down. I’d also appreciate more natural or better-ingredient body care products. The staff’s English could improve, as language mix-ups led to a lot of breakfast food being wasted.

The rooms were modern and immaculately clean, the location was excellent, and the spa with its heated pool was pleasant. I have no complaints about the accommodation. The restaurant was a letdown, though. The plates looked great, but the food often arrived lukewarm or cold, and the flavors were bland. Given the rest of the hotel, that was disappointing. I’d look for meals in the surrounding area instead. The hotel itself has a lot going for it, but I wouldn’t dine there.

The spa was warm, quiet, and relaxing. Try the mint shower, it was superb. The hotel is also close to the central ski school and several lifts, and there’s a locker for ski gear. Our room was big, with a spacious bathroom, a great shower, and good amenities. The food was amazing, especially dinner, so I’d recommend reserving half board for that. The staff were welcoming and happy, which made the stay even nicer.
