The staff were polite and caring, and the hotel also arranged a visit to a glassmaking company that we wouldn’t have gone to otherwise. Our room had air conditioning, so we slept well, though there was some evening noise. We kept the window closed because the neighboring house wall was only a meter away. We’d budgeted for something extra nice for our one night in Venice, but I think we paid more for the Rialto location than for the hotel standard. We arrived knowing nothing about the city.

The management and communication here are both terrible.

I’d definitely recommend this restaurant beside the Rialto Bridge. The appetizers were exquisite, the food was delicious, and the service was fabulous.
