Hotel Teola

For a 2 star hotel, it met the level I expected. The rooms and bathrooms were small, but warm and clean. The shower cabin was the smallest I've ever seen, though, and really painful to use. The half board food was quite good, especially breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly, but the waiters seemed a little undertrained.

The food was delicious and changed every day. Our room was very clean, there was hot water, and the staff were attentive. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

I stayed at Teola for three nights. It's a nice hotel and close enough to walk into the center. The reception and kitchen staff were super kind and helpful, and kept checking that I was okay. They were amazing, and I can't fault them. I wasn't happy with the room issues. The hairdryer didn't work, and the shower door wouldn't close properly. One morning I came out of the shower with my towel on just as housekeeping walked straight in without knocking. I told them I didn't want room service because I was there only a few nights. The next day, after breakfast, someone had been in anyway, and 20€ was missing from the money I'd left in a drawer. I had specifically said I didn't want anyone going in. Stealing from customers is not okay! The hotel croissant I had one morning was super stale too, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were clean and warm, the location was very good, and the food was really tasty. Nice staff too. I recommend it!
