The lobby feels nice and homei, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, and dinner was good too, so take the half board. Just be aware that the suite shower has a transparent door.

We spent a week here and had a great time. The hotel is in the hearth of Livigno, close to all the slopes. The closest is the carousello 3000, 15 min walking or 3 stops by bus. Our clean rooms were super okey and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were included, with a good range of food and drinks. In the morning you could make your own juice from fresh fruit and vegetables, and dinner was A La Cart, different each time. The spa is small, but you can book it privately at reception. It has a Sauna, ice bath and cold plunge. The staff were friendly, and it was a pleasure staying here. There's also a ski&snowboard room for storing your equipment and working on your gear.

I've been staying at this hotel for about 30 years. The food is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the staff are kind. The Cola family are very good at what they do. The next generation is taking over, but the quality, kindness and professionalism are still the same. And the spa is a real treat.

We've eaten at the restaurant three times in two years, and it's excellent. We asked for a recommendation and had the cervo (venison) with polenta. It was so good we returned three days later and ordered it again. The same chap welcomed us back, and the dish was just as good. We washed it down with half a bottle of excellent Sfurzat. We'll try it again next year.

The people are friendly and professional, and the food is amazing. The hotel is cozy, clean and near the slopes. I first came 15 years ago and have loved it ever since. Coming back next year.
