The listing had 245 photos, showing apartments in all sorts of condition, from nice to very dated and dirty looking. I tried to book a week through Booking.com, but couldn't get details about which apartment we'd receive. I cancelled and booked somewhere else. A complete waste of time.

Good day. I'd avoid apartment number 3 in Martagon 41. It was dirty and covered in mold, and I think it could put guests' health at risk. Check the cleanliness as soon as you arrive and go straight to reception. Next time I'd ask to change apartments right away, and we'll definitely avoid this one in future. The landlord first promised compensation, then stopped replying. There are other places to stay, thankfully. The apartment had no electric kettle, and they gave us a gate remote even though there was no gate at all :) The ski room is cold and unheated.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, even during the holidays, and we were very happy with our stay. The beautiful eight-bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and furnished in a modern country style. It was a great base for reaching lovely places in Trentino and Veneto. Arabba, oh, beautiful. The kids are already hoping we can return soon. Thanks to Home Service Arabba and all the staff for a magnificent stay that beat our expectations.

Arabba seems like a great base for seeing the Dolomites, with some of the most beautiful scenic drives nearby, including the roads to Passo Giau and Passo Gardena. The apartment we got was bigger and the surroundings lovelier than we'd expected. P.S. Don't spend time going to St. Magdalena. It doesn't have even half the charm of the Arabba area, in my opinion.
