The rooms were tidy, the location lovely, and breakfast superb. We came with a cycling group from Ride Up, and Lara and team made the stay excellent, flexible, and well organized. Thanks so much for a wonderful visit!

The balcony had a great view, and getting around was easy: the Arabba cable car is within walking distance and there’s a minimarket very close by. Parking worked well for us. Everything was clean, tidy, and well organized, and breakfast deserves a mention too. This is a family-run hotel, and the owners are so welcoming and nice that it really feels like home. A real gem. I’d happily recommend it.

The spa and spacious boot room were great, and it’s pretty much ski in, ski out. Arabba also makes a good base for Corvara and the Pralongia Plateau, the Sella Ronda, and the runs at Porta Vescovo. We had a beautiful, spotless room, a very good evening meal at a sister hotel in the village with transport provided, and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is delightful and friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a fantastic holiday.

The breakfast buffet was included at no extra cost, with a delicious spread and plenty of healthy choices. The hotel was one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip through the stunning Dolomite Mountains in Northern Italy. It’s a lovely, quaint place, very clean, with large rooms, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and spectacular views. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

We were delighted with every part of the Serena from the moment we arrived. It’s a lovely family-run hotel, and the welcome was warm, friendly, and helpful. Lara and the staff are excellent.
