The owner was kind and helpful. When my car broke down on the way there, he called a mechanic he trusts to sort it out. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and affordable, and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. It’s close to town and all the essentials, with a pizzeria next door where I had excellent cacciucco. There’s a laundry room even though the description says there’s no washing machine: it costs €1 per hour to use the washer and €1 per 30 minutes for the dryer. My family and I had a wonderful holiday here.

The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and the spot is peaceful, next to a forest that brings shade and the smell of trees. The apartments sit in a gated garden among the buildings, with trees and parking at the back. There are small and large units, each with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. They have air conditioning and a TV.

I waited a few days before writing this because I didn't want to be too harsh, but cleanliness is essential to me and the place was far too dirty. I haven't seen anything this dirty even in Africa. The owner was courteous and helpful, and the house was a decent size. The sea was nearby, though the beaches were completely unsuitable for small children, and the town was tiny. The price was excellent, but the quality didn't match it.

I stayed here for about six months in total, in a ground-floor two-room apartment. Beside the building there's a lovely olive grove, and at night lots of glowing fireflies came out and delighted us. The place was quiet and clean, though the condition felt like three-star quality. I have fond memories of the stay, and the owner's kindness is why I gave four stars. She was always very nice to us. I recommend it.

The apartment was lovely, with a garden and the sea just a few steps away, where we watched beautiful sunsets. The owner was attentive and very helpful, and we had a wonderful stay.
