The location is good, but the management needs work. The bathroom was full of products that had already been used in the kitchen, and the mop smelled bad, as the photo shows. The linens weren't adequate for a B&B: the sheets were synthetic and the pillows smelled. They were discounted, thankfully, because I wouldn't have paid full price. They say 'hit and run,' but here you just want to escape! Dear owner, thanks for replying. My complaint was about cleanliness and hospitality, not the property's environmental sustainability. Those are different things. I also don't see why it matters whether this is a private apartment for tourist use or a B&B. My expectations came from the quality of the stay, regardless of the property type. I hope you'll consider my comments and improve the experience for your guests.

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and the apartment was adequate. Breakfast isn't included. Still, don't leave anything behind: the cleaning service is so efficient that things can disappear. A nice designer belt of mine vanished. Not much pampering in the end.

It's very close to the port if you're catching a ferry, and handy for a night out among the restaurants and bars. I'd recommend staying here.

We were only there for one night, but we'd gladly come back. The little apartment is cozy and affordable at €40, and it's quiet on a side street. Via Grande, the Port, and the bars and restaurants in the Venezia neighborhood are just steps away. The new kitchenette is clean and has everything needed for breakfast, with excellent heating.
