The host made check-in easy and was friendly, helpful and professional. She gave us extra information for our stay, and there was parking right at the building entrance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The appliances looked new and worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, and the thoughtful decor includes colorful walls and handcrafted wooden furniture. We felt at home right away. The center is easy to reach, and the sea is just steps away. When we come back to Livorno, we'll stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

A spacious, clean and warm place with excellent Wi-Fi and a very friendly manager. Great value for the money.

Dust was everywhere, including clumps behind the beds. The toaster was too dirty to use and still had crumbs from the previous guest. The kitchen was sticky, the windows were opaque with dirt, and there were bird droppings all over the bathroom windowsill.
