Reception was impeccable, and we really appreciated how friendly and courteous everyone was. The residence has handy ramps and a reserved area for loading and unloading, useful for wheelchair users and strollers. There's free parking in a fenced area by the Marina, 1.3 km away. Our bright, airy two-room apartment was on the third floor, with windows on two sides and a view of the Duomo dome. It was spacious and spotless, with two balconies, two large closets, comfortable mattresses, and plenty of furnishings. The kitchen had an induction stovetop, cookware, nice dishes, a microwave, drying rack, and sofa bed. The bathroom was simple, roomy, and practical. The location is right by the main square in Loano's historic center, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and a 10-minute walk from the beaches, where the sea was clear and the seafront pleasant. The downside, if you want quiet, is hearing cars, sirens, and trains, since the residence is next to the railway and the Aurelia.

This was our second July stay here. Mrs. Maria, who runs the residence, is very kind and helpful, and the place feels welcoming, almost like home after a while. The apartment is small but practical, with closets and shelves for storage, a very comfortable sofa bed, and two balconies for hanging laundry. It's impeccably clean, and the location is handy for both the town center and the seafront. This time we had a side facing the road and train, so evenings were noisier than last year. Still, I slept well, and with the French windows closed, the noise was barely noticeable.

After many years away for personal reasons, I came back to this property, and my already positive experience was even better this time. The apartments have been partly renovated, are spotless, and have everything you need. It's in a quiet spot in the center of Loano, convenient for the beach. Mrs. Maria's management is, as always, impeccable.

The exterior is well cared for, and the apartments are clean, quiet, and comfortable. They're well laid out, with a kitchenette, little living room, nice bedroom, and bathroom with a small storage closet. It's a lovely residence just steps from the sea. The receptionist was friendly, attentive, and helpful with guests' needs. Highly recommended.
