The Borgo is peaceful and charming, with Locri by the sea and the old town of Gerace close enough to visit. We stayed in the ‘Casa del miele’ apartment, which was tastefully furnished, well equipped, and roomy enough to spend time indoors on rainy days. The bed was lovely, and the olive soaps in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The olive grove gives you lots of privacy, while Renato makes you feel trusted and welcome. We happened to be there during the olive harvest, and Renato showed us the whole process with such passion. We tried the season's first olive oil, loved it, and bought 5L right away. Highly recommended!

Renato is incredibly kind and shares helpful advice when he welcomes you. The apartments sit quietly among the farm's olive trees, with easy parking, good furnishings, and every comfort. You're on the road to Gerace, which is a must-see. Don't miss the exceptional grenadine from Il Tocco. Locri also has plenty of amenities and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended.
