The owner was easy to reach on WhatsApp and communicated in English. Getting here by car from the Bolzano area took about 25 minutes, and it felt worth the drive. The terrace has a spectacular view, with a table and sunbeds where you can sit and relax. Inside, the apartment is very clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. It’s all one open room combining the kitchen and sleeping area, as the photos suggested, which can be a little inconvenient for a family. There’s a lovely park with swings across the street, and street parking is close by.

It was 5 degrees outside and just as cold in the room. When we contacted management, they said the heating wasn’t working and they couldn’t do anything. There were no basic amenities, just an empty room. I’d call this unacceptable accommodation. I wouldn’t go there, and I’d warn others away.

The host was quick to help and sort out any problems, which we appreciated. Our room was clean and roomy, everything worked, and the balcony looked out over lovely snow-capped peaks. The property is only a few steps from the train station. We’ll definitely return.

The mountain views from the rooms are lovely, and the bus terminal nearby serves lots of areas, which is really handy. We also found the receptionist very kind and polite. The place is welcoming, quiet, and beautiful, in a stunning spot. Highly recommend it!

We stayed in September 2025 and found the apartment spacious, clean, and tidy. It’s right in the center of Collabo, near both the bus station and the Renon train station, so getting around without a car was easy. The owner was available.
