The rooms are spacious and have all the comforts. I especially liked the natural herbal soap in the bathroom. I bought some online and now use it at home. The location in Collalbo is very convenient. The Renon train is just a short walk away and connects easily to Bolzano, and the bus station nearby can take you to the surrounding towns.
Clean apartments with everything you need, plus lovely outdoor space. On a sunny day, the terrace or balcony is great for relaxing in the sun or having a meal. The residence is peaceful and close to both the town center and Renon train station, with mountain views on one side and a pine forest on the other.
It’s a calm, peaceful place for a pleasant stay, and the lady who runs the residence is very kind and helpful. The kitchen could do with a few more pieces of cutlery, but otherwise it was fine.
We spent 6 days in good accommodation. The location works well for both easy outings and tougher hikes. It’s a five-minute walk to the train and buses, so you can plan trips with convenient start and end points even when they’re far apart.
It was clean and the location was the best part, but our room was in the older section and only barely updated, with a 70s feel. Breakfast wasn’t included, and for the full price I paid, it didn’t seem like good value.
