The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful historic sights, but our room was a letdown. Other people seemed to get decent white rooms, while my family and I ended up in an ugly, sketchy-smelling pink one. It felt dirty enough that I couldn’t sleep well, and the rooms themselves were nothing special. We had a view of bricks. The waiters were nice and breakfast was good. The receptionist, though, was angry and annoying. Please just do your job without making a fuss. The hotel wasn’t good for me overall, though some guests apparently got a decent room with an amazing view. That part seems to depend on luck. The male receptionist was really rude, and that bothered me most. The location really is amazing.

Right on the church square, the hotel gives you easy access to Loreto’s historical and spiritual sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help make my stay pleasant. My room was very clean and simply furnished in a charming way. It’s a comfortable place if you want somewhere without frills, and the location couldn’t be better.

The hotel is right across from the Holy House in Loreto, and the location is hard to beat. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Loreto.

That price is fair for what you get. The room had enough space, but the mattress was really hard, and breakfast felt a bit limited, even though the waiter was very courteous. The staff were genuinely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. You’re in a perfect spot overlooking Basilica square. The corridor walls on the room floors were covered in black marks, which made the first impression less than great.
