Villa al Conero

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the garden is lovely, set within a small private park full of plants. The residence is only a few hundred meters from the sea, with a splendid view of the coast and nearby Mount Conero. You can reach the beaches by car or bike: north of Porto Recanati, toward Mount Conero, there are beach resorts and public beaches, while going south takes you into town, with plenty of resorts along the seafront promenade. There’s also a well-kept pool, a usable tennis court, and a bocce court. It’s a great choice for a completely relaxing holiday. It would have been perfect if it were right by the sea. Recommended.

The location works well for exploring the seafront, Mount Conero, and inland places like Loreto and Recanati, but I don’t think it’s good value. The apartments sit next to each other with connecting spaces, so there’s no privacy. You’ll need patience, since every kind of noise carries.

It’s a beautiful farmhouse, with a nice garden and a pool for relaxing in the afternoon. Too bad some guests seem not to realize other people are staying there too.

The owner is friendly and always available, and the pool area is excellent. It’s a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday, just a few kilometers from the sea and Porto Recanati.
