Bed & Breakfast Villa Palma

The room on the third floor had a balcony with a table and two chairs, and a lovely mountain view, though some buildings got in the way. It was a little dark, but comfortable enough, with a good bed, sofa, bathroom, and air conditioning. The shower took a while to get hot, and the balcony shutter was fussy at first, though the host was ready to fix it right away. We found that waiting patiently was enough. The main road is right beside the property, but closed doors kept the traffic noise from bothering us. You do have to walk along the roadside, so take care. The tourist information office, ferry dock, and bus stations are a 10-minute walk away, and the place works well for reaching the main attractions. Our host was a real gentleman, very friendly and helpful. He even drove us to Pisogne and shared local tips. We could borrow his bikes for free. They weren't top-of-the-line, but perfectly fine. Breakfast was okay, with bread, cake, yogurt, and plenty of fruit, though we would have liked greens and vegetables. There was a shared table with everything laid out and seats reserved, and we could have hot drinks whenever we wanted. We were very happy with our two nights here in June 2023. Five stars from us.

Villa Palma was a really enjoyable stay. The owners were friendly, easy to reach, and full of useful information. The accommodation is high quality, with a traditional local feel, and the views are exceptional. Breakfast had a great selection. I really couldn't fault it.

The balcony view is stunning, and the place itself is beautiful. Pierugo and his wife were lovely, welcoming hosts. Breakfast was good, and the room and bed were both very nice. Grazie mille.

The owners welcomed us warmly and lent us an umbrella and bikes for getting around locally. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bread, which I don't often come across in Europe at this level. The shower temperature did fluctuate a little, but we had a great stay overall.
