The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable, nicely equipped, and looked out over the square. There’s no lobby or other hotel service, but the arrangements were otherwise excellent. The only thing I missed was a kettle for tea. The stairs are steep and there’s no elevator, so it may not suit people bringing a lot of luggage.

We spent six days here a few days ago for a wedding in Lucca, and the apartment was lovely and clean. It was spacious, with a huge, beautiful bathroom, and the location was absolutely perfect, right by San Michele Piazza in the heart of Lucca. The town is close at hand, along with a supermarket and lots of other amenities on the outskirts. Rachel was an amazing hostess. She made us comfortable, was always reachable on WhatsApp whatever the situation, and helped with everything. There are some stairs up to reception, but she insisted on carrying our luggage. Her warm welcome and recommendations for places to visit and eat helped us enjoy this stunning historic city. It was a fabulous experience, and we’ll be back.

The best part was how kind Rachel was. She was so welcoming, offered help with anything, and gave us great tips. She really made our stay feel special. The room was clean and comfortable, and stepping outside put us right in the heart of Lucca, close to the beautiful Piazza Anfiteatro.

From my room I could look out at Piazza San Michele, and the location was hard to beat. I was there for two nights, and the room felt more like an apartment than I expected. The staff were lovely and ready to help. I had such a good stay that I'm already thinking about coming back, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone asking.
