Communication was good, the location is great, and the price felt fair. A few things in the apartment were a bit wonky, and the stairs are very steep, which may make access difficult for some. Apart from that, it’s a great place.

We had a perfect family stay in the historic centre, with everything close by. The place was spotless, and we were so touched by the owner's kindness and by Bruna's sweet welcome when she came to open the apartment on arrival day. Everything was top-notch. We’d recommend it to anyone and will definitely come back. The Califano family.

The apartment is spacious and very nice, and it’s in a great spot for exploring Lucca. The downside is the fairly steep staircase up to it and the street noise from nearby bars that stay open late.
