We stayed three nights, and the owner and staff were lovely and helpful. The location is just inside the old town walls, and the basic room was adequate, with a nice new en-suite. But the property is right on the road, so there was noise all night. A streetlight shone through the curtains, leaving the room like it had a night-light on. It was stuffy, and the air conditioner was loud with controls that didn't work. We wouldn't stay again. Avoid Monica room.

Fabiana received us so gently as we walked through this beautiful building. She was attentive and sweet, even though my Italian wasn't very good and my mamma only speaks Portuguese. We're very grateful for her hospitality and care. The bedroom was cute and very clean. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Lucca.

Fabiana was extremely welcoming and informative, and the rooms and bathrooms were lovely, tasteful, and very clean. The beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was good. It's a great spot, close to shops, cafes, and the center. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The lady was kind and very helpful, and the rooms were clean. But although it says B&B, breakfast didn't seem to be provided. The road was noisy, and it was by the police station. There was no kettle or fridge, just a tiny piece of soap and one flat pillow. I probably wouldn't stay again.

We had a lovely few days here. The owner was friendly, helpful, and great to chat with. I'd happily recommend it.
