Vanessa and Kristina were wonderful, always quick to respond and attentive to our comfort. The place was clean and cosy, and in a great location. Many thanks for the hospitality! I highly recommend it and would definitely return. Thank you for everything! 🤎

Modern equipment, a nice place, and close to Lucca center. The staff were friendly too 👍. I'd definitely recommend it.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Lucca Inn. The apartments were clean and well kept, with fresh, dry-cleaned white towels and a hairdryer. Our living room had a kitchenette with the utensils we needed, though there was no kettle, so we used a small pot. There was also a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi. Guests can use the parking and underground garage, a ground-floor garden, and a ground-floor laundry room with two washers and two dryers. An ironing board and iron were provided, as were free detergents. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Stepping into the elevator, we immediately felt that Italian pace, piano... piano. There's a bakery nearby, but it closes at 10:00 AM or when it sells out 😄. Shops and the Old Town are both about a 15-minute walk away. My only downside was the surrounding area, which the hotel can't control. I recommend the place.

A good little hotel with parking. The apartments have everything needed, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and quiet, and the location near the city center is excellent.
