The breakfast felt carefully put together, with the usual cheese, meats, bread, and fruit, plus homemade cakes and pastries. The vegan cake was a favorite, even though I don’t usually eat vegan. Palazzo Busdraghi is very central, and the main sights are just 1-5 minutes away on foot, with anywhere in Lucca within a 10-15 minute walk. My room was bright, beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. I was glad to find a portable kettle for my morning tea. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Ingrid answered my WhatsApp questions before I arrived, and Marta made check-in easy. They even called a cab to the train station for me in the pouring rain. I had a fantastic stay a few days ago, and highly recommend Palazzo Busdraghi if you’re visiting Lucca!

We were close to everything, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The breakfast was great. Our cozy, upscale room had lovely wooden floors and a wonderful jet tub. We also got to hold a key to one of the beautiful doors in the city! For a stress-free arrival, get the parking lot address for your navigation and the required code.

Marta and Ingrid were fantastic, always ready to help. Breakfast was just enough to get the day going, and we’d absolutely stay again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect during the hot Lucca days. It was quiet enough to leave on all night without it keeping us awake. An excellent stay at a wonderful hotel.

Breakfasts here are a real treat, so don’t miss them. Marta and Ingrid were delightful, made us feel welcome, and helped make our holiday special. The hotel is charming and elegant, in a beautiful building with a huge, impressive wooden entrance. It’s centrally located, yet quiet, calm, and relaxing inside. Thank you.

We had a very spacious, comfortable large room. The staff were great and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. The entrance is cool and opens onto an active street, so it can be noisy outside until around midnight after dinner. Inside Lucca’s walls, it’s within walking distance of the train station, car rental, shops, and restaurants. We travel light and like walking, though you can always take a taxi.
