The hotel felt tidy and had a traditional interior, with coffee available throughout the day. Breakfast included baked goods from a local bakery, and the price was very good for what we got. The people working there were lovely, too. The woman at the desk was especially friendly and gave me lots of tips on places to see and eat in the city.

Getting around was easy, both from the station and to everything else. The building had an old-fashioned charm, and our room was comfortable. The staff were attentive and welcoming. We spotted a small maintenance problem on arrival and it was fixed within an hour. I’d definitely stay here on a return trip to Lucca.

We had so much space in our room, with two queen beds and the biggest bathroom I’ve seen in Italy. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned daily while we were out. The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was great. The smart TV and AC both worked perfectly. It was easy to reach the places we wanted to go, from bike rentals to food and sightseeing. Breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt and a coffee machine. The coffee wasn’t amazing, but that’s my only complaint. Highest rating from me, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The Italian shower was a real treat, and the rooms were spacious, spotless and had comfortable beds. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great, and the price was decent. Such a gem in the centre of Lucca. Highly recommend it!

The place was clean and well looked after, and the staff were so friendly that we felt at home. We woke up to fresh baked goods every morning. It had the relaxing, home-like feel we were hoping for. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
