We found it easy to get around Lucca on foot from this practical, very clean apartment inside the historic city walls. It also gave us a welcome cool break during the day, which was great since the weather was so hot and humid. A perfect base for visiting Lucca.

The host was helpful and very polite, and the place was clean and comfortable. Being right in the centre of Lucca made it easy to get everywhere. I’d definitely return.

There’s loads of space and the place is very big. The bathroom is rather strange, though, and it wasn’t heated enough.
