The villa was a fantastic place for our family, with room for 22 guests to stay comfortably while still having privacy when wanted. The owner was very kind, spoke great English and clearly keeps standards high. The location and facilities were both amazing. We’ve just returned from Lucca, blown away by the villa and the experience for my family. A car is useful, since taxis around Lucca are practically nonexistent. Still, once you’ve been to the local essenluga supermarket, there’s so much at the villa that you may not want to leave.

This will be our 10th or 11th visit to La Vistosa. We love the atmosphere, and the owners feel like family. The view across Tuscany’s beautiful landscape is wonderful, and it’s a perfect spot for spending time the Italian way with family and/or friends. It feels like heaven on earth.

A lovely pool, a beautiful house and a great view made for a perfect week. There’s also a nice outdoor area, hiking trails nearby, and beautiful Lucca is close. Thanks, Vanessa, for letting us stay in your house.

We spent a week here with 20 people, and it was just right for us. Everything was perfect, with nothing to complain about.
