What really made my stay was the people. Valentina, the owner, welcomed me with such warmth and a bright smile. She’s a strong, loud, funny lady, full of energy and passion, and clearly loves hospitality. I enjoyed meeting her. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with daily cleaning, in a renovated historic building. The shared kitchen had coffee, tea, cakes, and water. Check-in details came promptly and were handled professionally, and my early check-in was no problem. The place is right in the center, beside the amphitheater. Thanks for making Lucca such a highlight for me!

I can’t say enough good things about Residenza FillAnfi! Lucca is fabulous, and this hotel is perfect. Valentina was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and it’s clear she really cares about her guests. My one regret is that I didn’t get to say goodbye to her in person. Grazie mille, Valentina!

We meant to stay for just two days, but fell in love with LUCCA and ended up spending six. Ms.Valentina and her staff at Residenza FillAnfi made everything easy and wonderful, and our stay was above the clouds. We stayed in nearly every room there, missing just one. Each has its own view and unique furniture, but they’re all equally clean down to every detail, and everything worked perfectly. You’ll be right in the heart of LUCCA. All the best to the family of Residenza FillAnfi.

The host is so welcoming and lovely. Everything about the place was amazing, and I almost want to keep it a secret for our next visit.
