The friendly staff were a plus, and the room looked better than the pictures with a comfortable bed. But the bathroom needs updating, especially the sewage, which smelled really bad. The property is in Lucca’s old city, with easy access to all the landmarks. The street itself was quiet enough, but the room had poor sound insulation, so we heard all the noise from other guests, which was very annoying.

We had a wonderful time in a spacious room right in the town center. It had everything we needed, and the host was very helpful.

The self-check-in went smoothly when we followed the instructions. The room was nice, but it was already a bit chilly in early October. Warmer blankets would have been welcome.

The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and complimentary coffee capsules. The bathroom was large, too. It’s centrally located and good value for money. Recommended.

For our family of 4, it was just what we wanted. The rooms were new and clean, and the location was central. The manager was friendly and helpful. Simply perfect for me!
