We liked the hotel so much that we added another night. The staff made us feel at home, and the cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was great, too. Special thanks to the friendly barista at the coffee counter, whose coffee was a perfect start to the day. We've stayed in lots of hotels, and this is definitely in our top three. The staff made it a lovely place to enjoy a holiday.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with a small menu of local classics and simple, delicious food that felt true to the region. Breakfast was another strong point, a lovely buffet with plenty of choices. We stayed at Ala d’Oro Hotel for three nights with family while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Imola, and the staff were warm, communicative, and ready to help throughout. The rooms were spotless, well stocked, and carefully maintained. The style was fairly standard for a traditional hotel, but everything worked perfectly. On-site parking was convenient, though it needs to be reserved in advance. Ala d’Oro is in a quiet town, a nice place to unwind after a busy day. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and food, whether you're here for an event or passing through.

We were very happy with our hotel choice for two nights in Lugo, which we used as a starting point for visiting nearby Ravenna. Michele at the front desk was kind and attentive to us as first-time visitors to Lugo. The restaurant team were very professional, with more menu variety than we expected, and the housekeeping staff were great as well. A wonderful stay this year.
