We spent three nights in the new Chalet Vista and had such a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. The mountain views, private sauna, and the adorable cows in the next field were a treat. The kitchen is well equipped, and we suggest using it since food options are a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel also offers breakfast and dinner, though once you're here you may not feel like leaving, except to hike the lovely trails nearby. The sisters who run this small family hotel were so much fun to talk with. They made us feel part of the family, shared the place's history, and had great hiking suggestions. They were also very accommodating about my food allergies. I highly recommend staying here.

The views are amazing, and this is a welcoming spot for a mountain weekend. We enjoyed the spa, especially the Turkish bath, as well as the tasty food, open buffet breakfast, and lovely wines. They realized they'd overcharged us and returned the money with an apology. Strongly recommended.

I've returned to Herolerhof many times and would happily recommend it to anyone. Families, couples, solo travelers, and dogs are all welcome. It's a peaceful place high in the Southtyrolean Dolomites, with picturesque surroundings and a breathtaking view from the spacious terrace. The lovely family who runs it serves homegrown, freshly picked ingredients cooked into homemade local food. Hiking, biking, and horseback riding are right nearby. Thanks, Herolerhof, see you soon! :)
