The staff were consistently kind and clearly tried their best, which helped take the edge off my stay. The pool was refreshing, though its rules made it harder to fully relax. After eight days at the resort, I had mixed feelings and would only recommend it cautiously. The room was pleasant and had air conditioning, plus two bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet. The showers were small, though, and there wasn't much storage. The bed made a lot of noise with even the slightest movement, and I found chewing gum stuck to the inside wall of the bed. That was unpleasant and made me question the cleaning. Breakfast was disappointing for both freshness and portion size. Items often ran low, and we had to ask staff to refill them even when it was obvious supplies were needed. One morning, it seemed to be leftovers from the previous day. Some problems may have been one-off issues or personal preference, but the breakfast and cleanliness were real concerns. With improvements, this place could be a much more enjoyable stay.

The views and location at golfo gabella resort were magnificent. The apartment was modern and beautiful, with a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room overlooking the lake. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, like a typical hotel bed, but fine for a short visit. Picking up the key from a locker outside reception and finding our building through the maze of the garage turned into a funny treasure hunt. The service was very available by phone until 22:00.

We had a lovely holiday at @golfogabella Lake resort. The room was clean and nice, with a fantastic view, and the resort was wonderful overall. The reception service was exemplary: whenever we had a problem, they found a great solution. Both receptionists were helpful, capable and very kind. Thanks for a holiday in such a wonderful place!

That €45 cleaning charge felt hard to accept when we were also expected to take out the rubbish and wash the dishes. There were no fresh towels or linen during our stay, and just one toilet roll. The lake view was fantastic, though, and the staff were lovely. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves.

We really liked sitting out on the terrace and looking over the lake, and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The location worked perfectly for us. When the weather got hot, the clean pool was just the right temperature.
