The village is really attractive, with mountains all around it. We stayed there in July 2014 and warmly recommend the hotel. The couple who own and manage it are friendly and helpful, and dinner and breakfast were both really nice. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Our room was comfortable, clean, and practical, as well as elegant and refined, with a mix of old and modern furniture.

We had a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The place was clean, the host and staff were friendly, and breakfast was very good.

I tried calling Hotel Dufour seven times today, between 1:16 PM and 5:24 PM, and got no answer. Nobody called back or even sent a quick message saying they’d get back to me. I understand they can be busy, but leaving a guest completely without a response for over four hours feels very unprofessional. Even a brief message or callback would have shown some care and respect. The experience leaves a very negative impression of the hotel’s management. If this is how potential guests are treated before booking, I can only imagine what the service is like during a stay. Very disappointing.

The location is right in the center, and the hotel offers B&B service. Signora Alessandra at reception welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism, and sorted out our request for a room for four. Signora Antonella was equally kind at breakfast and did a wonderful job meeting all our requests. The suggestion to hike to rifugio Zamboni was 🔝. Thanks again to all the staff for giving us a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Famiglia De Santis

The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was excellent and tasty. The hotel is conveniently located, with spacious, clean rooms that are well soundproofed. There’s private parking too.
