We loved spending Christmas here. The staff were lovely, the rooms tidy, and the food was always tasty. The location right beside the gondola was great, and having the wellness area and massage available was an added bonus. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff made us feel welcome and were friendly throughout. Food was tasty, and the rooms were very clean and well serviced. Great spot for the slopes. I'd absolutely recommend it, and we'll be back!

Dinner was excellent every night during our week here in March 2017. The staff and management were friendly and welcoming the whole time. It's right in the middle of town, beside one of the lifts, and we thought it was great value. We plan to stay again.

The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I went skiing, and the location was brilliant, right in the center of Madesimo and next to the ski lift.

After a long day skiing, the spa is a really good place to unwind. The rooms are clean and nice, and the location is excellent.
