Lorenzo and Maria, this is from your biggest fans in London. We've stayed at your lovely hotel in Madonna for years, and our little mishaps have occasionally given you a challenge. You and your friendly, obliging staff always sort things out with a smile. This time, five of us got stranded on the drive up from Verona, about 40 minutes down the mountain from you, at 10:30 at night. We had a flat tyre and no spare, and it was snowing hard. Lorenzo, even though you were probably ready for an early night, got into your minibus and battled down the mountain to rescue us. When you saw us, you said, “You are a disaster!” with that special grin. Over the next few days you went out of your way to get our van roadworthy in time for our flights home. Getting spare tyres up in the mountains isn't straightforward. Despite the vehicle trouble, as always we had a wonderful stay. It's like coming home, and we can't wait to see you again next year. You guys are the best, and thanks for everything. I'm not one to complain online, life is too short, but good experiences like this deserve sharing. The only downside is I don't want the place fully booked next time I visit 😂. And for anyone reading, check with your car hire company that there's actually a spare tyre, for Lorenzo's sake. It could save you a lot of hassle!

We had a spacious, clean room and a generous breakfast with an amazing view. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The hotel's ski bus took us to the slope and back, and the clean spa was a perfect way to end the day. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean rooms, with the cleaning lady coming every day, and a shuttle bus to the cable car. It's a family hotel with kind staff and a nice spa area and pool. Breakfast was the same each day, with a small selection, but still nice. Definitely a good place to stay.

We spent a week here and really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, always smiling and attentive, and gave us good advice on which tracks to take each day. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the beds were big, and there was parking right outside. Don't miss the wellness center, it's a great place to relax after a day of hiking. We'd gladly come back 💗
