We were there as a family in February, and the service was amazing. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel went out of its way to offer vegan options for my sister and me. We’d love to visit again. Thank you!

The spa was the best part: beautiful, with mountain views, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, and ice bath. Our apartment was perfect too, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. It had a stovetop but no oven or coffee maker. The location was “ideal” 😃, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff made our trip special. They did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable, the food was great, and the hospitality was excellent. There’s a shuttle to and from the slopes, just a phone call away. We had a fantastic week in Madonna di Campilgio, and staying at Hotel Idea was great. Our room was a good size for a family of 4 and seemed newly renovated. A few small parts of the hotel could use renovation, but it’s minor. The only real improvement I can think of would be a kids playroom. The spa was great after skiing. Thanks to the whole staff!

Bogdan, the shuttle bus driver and barman, was ready to help with anything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had great food, clean rooms, and a nice spa. Definitely worth recommending. We had an excellent stay at the Hotel. Peter

We were a family of 4 staying for a week of skiing, and everything felt just right. The food was great, and the staff were unbelievable. I can’t understand why the hotel has so few reviews online. It’s simply amazing. I’d definitely recommend it and wish them all the best.
