Everything inside has been modernized and the apartment comes with plenty of practical things: towels, sheets, hair dryer, toiletries, dishes, soap, a sponge, microwave, and coffee machine with a few capsules from the owner. She was very kind and helpful. The place is tucked along a quiet alley right in the heart of Parma, inside an old building. Just watch your head on the stairs, as one section of ceiling is low. We were glad to find it and will stay here whenever we come to Parma.

The apartment felt bright and was very clean, with decor we really liked. Anna, the owner, was genuinely helpful and kind. It’s central but peaceful, and only a short walk from the Via Fratti parking lot. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable bed. It’s a nice little apartment in a central spot, with a small kitchen and refrigerator, plus a compact bathroom with a shower. Sadly, there’s no parking.
