I was genuinely sad to leave this beautiful home. Fernando made us feel completely at home with his warm, heartfelt hospitality, and he was quick to respond and always ready to help. The garden and view were lovely, and we really appreciated the vegetables Fernando had grown. His little dog is adorable, too. There are plenty of things to do nearby, like sailing on Lake Trasimeno or taking a day trip to Montepulciano, but we were just as happy staying in. The house is close to the highway, and it has a well-equipped kitchen, a nice shower that was the best we had on vacation, and a cozy outdoor spot for mornings and evenings. If I had to mention one drawback, the Wi-Fi could be slow and didn’t always work. We’d love to come back, and I highly recommend it.

Fernando, the dog, and the cats were all very friendly hosts. The apartment is airy and full of character, and it stayed cool enough to sleep wonderfully even in July. Such a peaceful place.

We stayed in the distinctive Mary apartment, with a table on the veranda where we could have breakfast with a view. The scenery is incredible, and the property itself is breathtaking. It’s a dream of a place for relaxing in nature and getting completely away from everyday routines. The owner was incredibly kind and precise. We’ll definitely return!

My partner and I felt right at home in this welcoming place, and there was room for our furry friends too. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with the feel of a traditional country farmhouse. Fernando’s hospitality was warm, and his kindness made us appreciate the place and its products even more. It’s a lovely corner of the Umbrian countryside where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

The owner was attentive and respectful, and we found the house very comfortable. It’s beautifully designed for privacy, surrounded by nature, and far from everything and everyone. A stunning, relaxing place. Highly recommended.
