We spent three nights here and had a great time. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast was delicious. There are several restaurants within walking distance, plus a private beach for a refreshing swim. The friendly staff made it a perfect vacation spot. I highly recommend Hotel San Francisco.

It was hard to say goodbye to the staff. They helped us from before the trip right through departure, and we felt like we were leaving family when we said “Arrivederci!” We loved the local, laid-back feel, wandering to nearby bars and restaurants, and ending the evening with a quiet drink at the hotel's outdoor seating. The beach club was easy to get to and its bar was a blast. Our bright, crisp, clean room had AC that kept up while we were there. Ferries to other coastal towns were easy, as was getting to the Path of the Lemons. The town, its people, and the hotel are all gems. I left part of my heart in Maiori. I've recommended it to friends and would gladly stay again. 🫶🏽🍋

Angelo and Francesco were fantastic with transportation and logistics. After 15 days on the Amalfi coast, this was a lovely place to unwind and finish our trip. The hotel and staff were excellent during our three days here, and we'd stay again.

Of the five hotels we stayed at in Italy, Hotel San Francesco was our favorite. It has a real resort feel, with a well-kept building across from the private beach and boardwalk. The warm welcome from the reception staff and Angelo got us excited right away. Our room was spacious and calm, with blue tiles, and opening the curtains revealed a panoramic sweep of sea, sand, and sunshine. You can walk to Maiori’s main street in about five minutes, and the ferry booking booth is two minutes away. Angelo knew a lot about what to do and how to get around, and even took us for a ride in the Ape Calessino. The room had the basic amenities, though we were missing a box of tissues. Ironing meant going up to the roof terrace, but the view made that easy to accept. Breakfast had loads of delizisio options, served in a dining room set up for fine dining. If you're planning a trip to the Amalfi Coast, this is the place I'd choose.
