Lorenzo made this the best service I’ve ever had. The room was wonderful, clean, luxurious, and in a great location in Milan. I visited in August, and the AC wasn’t working well because of a problem. I told Lorenzo, who was accompanying me during the visit, and he said he’d send someone to fix it the next day. He also offered another apartment in a different location. I chose to move, and he even ordered a taxi and paid for it. I asked him lots of questions about Milan, and he helped me with every situation. That’s what I call service. Thank you, Lorenzo, I appreciate it. I recommend HB hall and will come back next time!

For work trips to Milan, I keep coming back to this company whenever I need a place to stay. The apartments have always been stylish, lovely, and clean, and they’re in some of the city’s most glamorous areas. The owners are real pros and are available any time if something comes up.

The residence is beautiful, and the room, though small, is laid out really well. It’s quiet and looks onto an inner courtyard. You’re just two minutes from the Duomo and the Royal Palace, right in the city center. They take great care of guests, and breakfast from Cioccolati Italiani is amazing, with a special arrangement.

Using the airport transfer made things easy, and check-in and check-out were both really friendly. The apartment itself was a lovely little gem, a great base for seeing Milan and its beautiful center.

The host had coffee, biscuits, herbal teas, and fruit juices ready, and the attention to guests was top-notch. I stayed in this lovely room for a work trip. The building has real historical significance, and the location is stunning, just a five-minute walk from the Duomo with the subway 100 meters away. I'll be back.
