The owners and their architect clearly put a lot of care into the details, from the beautiful design and furnishings to the services. There’s free water in the lobby, and other drinks in the fridge for a very reasonable fee. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. Lake views are visible from much of the hotel, including the restaurant, lobby, and fitness equipment area. The hotel sits right by the lake and within walking distance of the charming village of Malcesine. We thought it was a real gem.

We loved having a garden room with direct access to the lake, and the hotel is close enough to walk into the little town. You can reach the water without crossing a road. The family owners were there and kept an eye on things, and you could see how much they care about their guests and staff. It’s a family-run, child-friendly place with kind staff. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice, and the team were attentive and professional. There’s dinner service at the restaurant, and the cleaning and reception staff were helpful. The small fitness and games areas are handy on a rainy afternoon. The only minor drawback for us was the interior style. The room colors felt too dark, and the design wasn’t really our taste. A lighter palette would suit the hotel better.

We stayed here for our wedding and wedding night, and wow, the views were spectacular. I can’t imagine finding better ones around the lake. The owners and staff were amazing and made our holiday, wedding, and honeymoon such a special experience. They went the extra mile on our wedding night, and I can’t thank them enough. The hotel restaurant may have had the best food we ate in Garda. The whole place has a really relaxed vibe.

We felt so welcome here. The owners and staff were lovely and friendly, and the location beside the lake made it easy to get to the water. Breakfast was delicious, with more variety than I expected. Great quality for the price. I wish we’d been able to stay longer.
