The pools are heated, the room view is breathtaking, and the whole place is really quiet. We booked a Lake Garda Junior Suite and were glad we did. By ordinary room standards, it was huge, with all the amenities you'd expect from a 4 Star superior hotel. The hotel is family run, and the service was both professional and incredibly friendly. The owners work alongside the staff to make sure things run well, and everyone we met was welcoming and spoke English, German, or Italian. Maybe more languages too, I don't know. The town is a seven-minute walk, so there's no need to drive or look for parking. There's also a large, nice supermarket a short distance away. Breakfast was great, and cleanliness was incredible. I come from Germany, known for being clean, and even Germans could learn something here. It's adults only, which suited us since our kids are grown up. If you're looking for a hotel in Malcesine, this is definitely for you.

We had four perfect nights in Malcesine at Casa Barca. The rooms were lovely, the facilities brilliant, and the staff really helpful. It's probably especially suited to a couples getaway, though I'd recommend the hotel to anyone. We'd absolutely stay again.

We just got back from four fabulous nights in beautiful Malcesine, and Casa Barca was a great choice. The resort and rooms were clean and very well maintained, and we also had fantastic spa treatments. The view was incredible, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast had just about everything you could imagine and was delicious. Everything about the stay was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend this resort.

The breakfast was good for me, though not great. Our Panoramic room (201) had the fabulous views we expected, and it was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The only letdown was the towels: thin and worn, and not what I'd expect at a 4 star hotel.

The grounds, pool, spa, and hot tub were all immaculate, and the food and location were exceptional. We had a spacious room and found the staff friendly. Nothing seemed overlooked, it was a fantastic five star experience.
