The big top-floor balcony looking out to the lake was perfect, and the place was quiet, with nice owners and a dog. Breakfast was good, and the price for what you get is the best. It may be too far for some, but if you're travelling by car, it's even better because of the quiet surroundings.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and Roberta, the hotel owner, was incredibly kind to us. The room and towels were so fresh and clean, and we had a beautiful balcony view. The location was perfect too. We'd highly recommend it! 😊

We got so much help from Roberta, including useful information, maps, and tips on sights, buses, and the boat service. She and her family were wonderfully kind and sensible, and made us feel right at home at Casa Sartori. Their lovely dog Scarlett won us over too. Breakfast was wonderful, with homemade pastry as an extra treat. Our room was perfectly clean, with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Val di Sogno gulf. The lake promenade and the bus stop for Malcesine center are right in front, and there was enough free parking. Nothing could've been better. Sincere congratulations to these hosts. We'd always be happy to return!

We loved the lake and mountain views, the small cute beaches just in front of the hotel, and the balcony, which was perfect for relaxing. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the owners were always so friendly and helpful. WE WILL COME AGAIN ❤️

The room had a stunning view of Lake Garda, and Marco and Roberta made us feel like family. Breakfast was delicious, with meat and cheese, fresh-cut fruit, homemade breads and sweets, orange juice, and coffee. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sartori.
